Who we are

Entayo CRM is a product of Twodots Software Services OPC Private Limited (“TwoDots”, “we”), provided as part of the Zocton suite. This page covers this website, www.entayo.com.

The Entayo CRM service

When you create an account and use Entayo CRM, you sign in with a Zocton account, and the Zocton Privacy Policy applies to the service and the data you keep in it — including where it is stored and how long it is kept.

What this website collects

  • No tracking cookies and no advertising profiles. This website sets no cookies of its own.
  • Your theme choice. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.
  • Update notice. The page checks whether a newer version of this website is live so it can offer you a reload. That check asks for a small file from our own server and sends nothing about you.
  • Server logs. The website is served through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
  • Emails you send us. If you write to us, we use your message and address only to reply.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Write to privacy@zocton.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
